Image development for the second version of PANORAMA COLOMBIA - Colombian film festival Berlin. Corporate design, promotional printed kits with poster, flyer, festival catalog, and additionally the website and social media design for the event.
The concept for this version of the Filmfest was based on the Tropical Gothic, genre which was explored in the 70’s-80’s cinema production in Cali, Colombia, mainly by the directors Carlos Mayolo and Luis Ospina. This was represented visually with a dark-acid palette and a very subtle typographic game on a rainforest background.
